Challenge: Urban Impact was launched as the first multi-material recycling company in Metro Vancouver and services 4,500 locations, from Whistler to Chilliwack, and has recently expanded to serve the Calgary market. After their re-branding, they came to Ballistic Arts to help them incorporate their new brand identity into a custom WordPress website and mobile website.
Solution: The website design and programming team at Ballistic Arts designed a bold, unique website that focuses on the new Urban Impact brand. The WordPress CMS system allows staff to update the site with fresh news and information on a regular basis, making it better at serving readers who are as passionate about recycling as they are. Our team in Burnaby then created a mobile version of the new site, optimizing it for people who are increasingly using their iPhone, BlackBerry and Android smartphones to visit websites.
