Challenge: A commitment to quality and homeowner satisfaction has set ParkLane Homes apart for over 30 years, with more than 6,000 homes built in over 100 communities since 1980. The Vancouver-based company was looking to create a photo ad campaign for their Winchester townhomes in Langley.
Solution: The graphic design and photography teams at Ballistic Arts’ Burnaby studio provided ParkLane Homes with a visually compelling ad campaign that tells a story about Winchester’s well-designed community. Our photographer went on location to shoot photos of the “nuclear family,” which were then integrated into three ads that were published in the newspaper.
