University of British Columbia – Animal Welfare Program Newsletter

Challenge: UBC’s Animal Welfare Program’s mission is to improve the lives of animals through research, education and public outreach. The AWP program was celebrating their 10th anniversary. They needed a fresh new look to their newsletter to help usher in their first decade!

Solution: Ballistic Arts designed a newsletter that incorporates the program’s colours while keeping everything legible and stylish.

The Arbuthnot Group – Winner/Loser Football T-Shirts

Challenge: The Arbuthnot Group (TAG) owns several pubs across the Lower Mainland. During football season, they like to give away prizes. TAG wanted to create a football t-shirt that was fun, but a little cheeky.

Solution: Ballistic Arts came up with a cheeky concept that was a little silly and fun.

Wildstone / Havaday Development – Gary Player TV Commercial

Challenge: Wildstone is being built around 36 holes of golf by Gary Player Design, an intimate village with boutique shops, restaurants and galleries, a lodge with spa and conference facilities,and numerous other resort-styled amenities. Havaday Development’s goal was to air a nationally broadcasted TV commercial during the President’s Cup on TSN with world renowned golfer Gary Player.

Solution: Given a relatively short time-frame with Mr. Player, Ballistic Arts was able to create a short 30 second commercial that has a conversational friendly tone.

Challenge: Spagnuolo & Company Real Estate Lawyers specializes in residential real estate law and is trusted by more real estate clients each month than any other firm in British Columbia. They were looking for a promotional video to post on their website to help better communicate their services to existing and potential clients.

Solution: Because Ballistic Arts created the new brand and website, it was essential for us to keep the style consistent in the video. We were able to package the video with a mix of still and video images from real estate projects Spagnuolo has worked on.
