University of British Columbia Faculty of Land and Food Systems – Thank You Card Design

Challenge: The UBC Faculty of Land and Food Systems is a leader in integrated research and education that addresses global issues surrounding health and sustainable land and food systems. They were looking to have new Thank You cards designed for use in fundraising, donations, and faculty communication.

Solution: Ballistic Arts designed two cards using photos and colours taken from nature to convey a connection to the environment. The cards have an organic, natural feel that represents the Faculty well.

Neovasc – ASMBS Booth

Challenge: Neovasc, formerly known as Medical Ventures, provides distinctive medical device solutions for unmet needs in vascular intervention. They were looking to have a booth designed to showcase their AEGIS PeriPatch product at a tradeshow held by the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS).

Solution: Ballistic Arts designed a large, multi-panel booth that attracts the attention of tradeshow patrons. The PeriPatch AEGIS product is prominently displayed on the booth to ensure brand recognition and visibility.

TTM Resources – Web 2.0 Design

Challenge: TTM Resources Inc. is a Vancouver-based publicly trading resource Exploration and Development Company, focused on four assets in British Columbia, Canada. They were looking to upgrade their site using Web 2.0 technology.

Solution: Ballistic Arts re-designed the TTM Resources website and programmed it to make full use of Web 2.0 technology. The site has an RSS feed, searchability functions, and the ability for content management. This increases TTM’s capacity to market to search engines in the future.
