Sven Winter – Logo and Business Cards

Challenge: Sven Winter is a young Canadian athlete aiming for gold in Vancouver’s upcoming 2010 Olympics. Sven was searching for a sponsor to create an exciting brand image to support his bid to become the Skier Cross Olympic champion in his hometown of Vancouver.

Solution: Ballistic Arts is proud to be able to sponsor one of Canada’s promising young athletes. We helped Sven by creating an enticing new logo and matching business cards. SHARE Family and Community Services Society– Tiny Bundles Brochure

Challenge: SHARE Family and Community Services Society (SHARE) is a non-profit community agency dedicated to aiding the social needs of residents of the Tri-Cities area (Coquitlam, PoCo and Port Moody). In response to this difficult economic period, they wanted to create a brochure for their Tiny Bundles Food Drive. Tiny Bundles is designed to provide fresh foods to pregnant/nursing women and young children each week.

Solution: Ballistic Arts designed a new brochure to help publicize SHARE’s need for donations and sponsors.

BC Housing – Partners in Action Decal

Challenge: BC Housing teamed up with the Province of British Columbia, the Vancouver Police Department, and the non-profit operators to create safer housing for occupants of the 17 government-owned single room occupancy (SRO) hotels in Vancouver. They needed a symbol to represent the ’Partners in Action’ protocol, which would be displayed on their SRO hotels to help deter drug and criminal activities.

Solution: Ballistic Arts’ designers created an enthusiastic new decal to symbolize this consorted effort. We created a sign in conjunction with the decal that was unveiled at a press conference with the Hon. Rich Coleman, Minister of Housing and Social Development.

Real Estate Foundation – 20th Anniversary Photos

Challenge: The Real Estate Foundation is a philanthropic organization aimed at supporting sustainable real estate and land use practices for the benefit of British Columbians. They planned a celebration to acknowledge their 20 years of service, and wanted photographs taken to commemorate the event.

Solution: Ballistic Arts’ photo department went to work, capturing this exciting and memorable event.

Maxim Resources – Corporate Brochure

Challenge: Maxim Resources is a prime example of industry experience and expertise in the field of venture capital and natural resources. They needed a new brochure to showcase their accomplishments and upcoming projects to their potential investors.

Solution: Ballistic Arts realizes that during these times of financial crisis that it is imperative to capture the attention of potential investors as quickly as possible. We designed a professional and elegant brochure, which promotes Maxim’s quality of service while effectively displaying key information to their target audience.
