Challenge: SEI Industries Ltd. is a Metro Vancouver-based business primarily involved in the design, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing of products for the aviation, fire suppression, exploration, and environmental management industries. They contacted our video production team to help them produce a soundless video to promote their Bambi Bucket product at an upcoming tradeshow.
Solution: Since Ballistic Arts is a full service creative agency, we were able to produce a soundless video using still photos and motion graphics video clips. Our video production team also included segments showing the different products available, resulting in a video that is comprehensive and visually appealing.

8 awards, 8 videos
Challenge: The team at Vancity is focused on creating a leading financial institution where everyone works together to achieve personal and financial goals, while also building a better community. Vancity was holding their annual employee recognition night and needed videos to help present the night’s awards.
Solution: Ballistic Arts designed, animated and produced eight nominee and award winner videos that followed Vancity’s theme of the glamorous Oscar red carpet in Hollywood. The colourful, interactive videos were played at Vancouver’s Queen Elizabeth Theatre and provided Vancity with a creative way to showcase their nominees and award winners.

Challenge:
POV Works needed to create a video for their client Exxon Mobil for their Distributors Conference in Las Vegas. A technical challenge for the video was that it had to be created on a 2710 x 768 canvas rather than the traditional 720 X 480 canvas. The video would later be projected onto a large 30ft high LCD screen.
Solution:
Ballistic Arts’ concept was influenced by the conference’s tagline “Journey to Success”. The dream sequence was created to evoke a sense of fun and excitement. The video has been resized to fit on this video player.

Ballistic Arts Media Studios is proud to announce the launch of our promotional video, “Delusions”. It’s our new look for 2003, complete with a new attitude, style and flavour. Come check it out, you won’t be disappointed.
We’d like to take this moment to thank a few people whose help on making Delusions was exemplary. Without them the video could not have been made. We’d like to thank Marisa Woo for being patient enough to be our model for the shoot. As well, thank you to Dekay and Justus Hayes at ElectronicScene.com for hooking us up with the song Cherub which is on both our website and Delusions.
