Happy March Everybody!

Now that the snow has melted away, the cherry blossoms are blooming and marking the entrance of Spring! The new season also comes with new designs from Ballistic Arts. Take a look at what we've been up to!

Disc-Go-Tech - (10-Year Logo Design)
Challenge: 2006 marks Disc-Go-Tech's 10th year as a leader for setting the standard in disc repair. They were in need of a logo that would mark this special anniversary.

Solution: By incorporating a disc into the number '10' as part of the design, Ballistic Arts created a logo that effectively illustrates Disc-Go-Tech's identity and their 10-year anniversary at the same time.

Galini Greek Kouzina & Grill - (Flash-hybrid Website Design and Photo Shoot)
Challenge: Galini is a warm and inviting Greek restaurant with exceptional cuisine and an eclectic charm of the Mediterranean. The restaurant was looking to create a Flash-hybrid website that included professional photos.

Solution: Ballistic Arts designed a site with urban style and warm colours to reflect the atmosphere of the restaurant. The Flash menu adds movement and flair while the photos, which were taken on-site by Ballistic Arts, showcase Galini's contemporary decor and fantastic food.

Edible British Columbia - (Brochure Design)
Challenge: Edible BC's services are becoming more in demand and with their growth, an upgrade to their rack card was required.

Solution: Ballistic Arts designed a delectable "rack-card" style brochure showcasing Edible BC's popular culinary adventures. The re-vamped brochure is highlighted by vibrant pictures of food and wine that is familiar to their current clientele, but will also draw new Foodies in for a taste of what they have to offer.

Advanced Net - (Website Design)
Challenge: Advanced Net offers two new ways of parking that provides people the freedom to not worry about cash, coin, or a monthly pass. They needed a website to showcase their "Pay By Phone" and "Online Pass" features.

Solution: Ballistic Arts designed a clean website using Advanced Net's corporate colours, a sophisticated palette of blue, beige, and gray. The clear messaging and content is as easy to read as the client's parking solutions are easy to use.

Vancity - (Bright Ideas Video)
Challenge: Vancity is committed to being carbon neutral by 2010 and are working on ways to be part of the climate change solution for themselves and for their members. They required a video to promote their Bright Ideas Home Financing program.

Solution: Ballistic Arts worked closely with Vancity to script, storyboard, shoot, and edit the entire project. The fun, informative video educates people in an entertaining manner about how Bright Ideas Home Financing can help with home renovations.
