Happy September Everybody!

Although fall is technically here, summer seems to want to stay a bit longer. We're not complaining. In between all the rays of sunshine and fun, check out the Ballistic Arts' new designs and projects!

Sandman Hotels - (Website Design)
Challenge: Sandman is the fastest growing, privately-owned hospitality company in Canada, with over 30 Hotels, Inns, and Suites from British Columbia to Quebec. They were looking to have their website redesigned.

Solution: Ballistic Arts worked in conjuction with Sandman designer Robert JeanRichard, and Radial Software, to create a fresh, modern site that is current with Sandman's new corporate brand.  The website was upgraded utilizing flash banner animations, an interactive hotel map directory, a search engine, a booking engine, and cleaner layouts to showcase information about each hotel and the hot deals Sandman offers.  The result is a sophisticated and eye-catching website that is easy to navigate and view.

Meridian Valet - (Website Design)
Challenge: Meridian Valet is Vancouver's premiere hotel, restaurant, and events valet service provider. They were looking to have a corporate website designed.

Solution: Ballistic Arts first conducted a photo shoot for Meridian Valet and then used the photos throughout the design of the website. We created a Flash-hybrid site that integrates their corporate colours for a professional, streamlined feel that speaks to their target audience.

Vancity - (Shared Growth Member Video)
Challenge: Vancity is committed to making a positive difference in the community, and their Shared Growth term deposit invests money in projects that improve the social and environmental well-being of local communities. They were in need of videos to inspire and educate staff and members about the term deposit.

Solution: Ballistic Arts created two videos about Shared Growth term deposits: one for Vancity staff, and one for Vancity members. The staff video helps reinforce knowledge of the product to inspire sales and promotion, while the member video educates and motivates people to invest in a product that contributes to the community.

Energex - (Product Photography)
Challenge: Energex provides sensor-based energy solutions for a host of hospitality and property managers in every service level. They were looking to have their products professionally shot to use in the future design of their brochure.

Solution: Ballistic Arts set up an in-house photo shoot to photograph Energex's products, and also designed the product interface. The shots showcase a variety of different angles, and displays each product with detail on a crisp, white background.

Mortgage Advantage - (Brochure & Folder Design)
Challenge: The Mortgage Advantage provides people with a mortgage professional who has the options, choice, and flexibility to deliver the best financing solution. They were in need of brochures and folders to be designed for the company.

Solution: Since Ballistic Arts created their corporate identity, we were able to provide The Mortgage Advantage with print materials that visually tie into their brand. Both the brochure and folder duplicate the website's colours and pictures to provide a sense of seamless cohesion.
