Happy November everybody! Time to cozy up indoors and hope for lotsa snow on the mountains! Here are Ballistic Arts, we're hoping for lotsa crazy designs and exciting projects! Check out some of the projects we've worked on recently...
Aga Khan Education Board of Canada - (Workshop Booklet Covers)
Challenge: The Aga Khan Education Board of Canada is a client of our friends over at the Ahnsu Consulting Group. Ahnsu was helping them create their Career Development Workshops and was looking for some direction in designing these workshop booklet covers.

Solution: Ahnsu Consulting Group invited us to create some covers that would reflect the educational aspect of these workshops as well as appeal to both the workshop facilitators and students. By utilising the Aga Khan colours, we were able to create a clean and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Chris Bone - (Professional Photographer - Logo Branding and Website)
Challenge: Chris Bone is a former partner of Ballistic Arts Media Studios. Chris was looking for some help in designing a website that would showcase his entire photography portfolio.

Solution: Because we've developed a working relationship with Chris in the past, we already had an understanding of the audience that Chris was speaking too. We created a logo and website that was unique to Chris' own flair and style.

The Bronson Group - (Website Design & Photography)
Challenge: The Bronson Group specialises in both corporate and individual group health plan benefits. They were looking to develop a way to communicate to their demographic through a elegant website.

Solution: Ballistic Arts was invited to create the Bronson Group's website as well as take some portrait photography of owner Preet Pall. Stylish, clean and effective!

VanCity Credit Union - (Event Photography)
Challenge: VanCity Credit Union held their "Present Day" event at Storyeum for all their managers in the entire group of companies as a way to give thanks for all their hard work through the last year. They wanted to have archival photos taken to display on their intranet "InSite".

Solution: We were invited to photograph the entire day. The event had a great list of speakers such as Starbucks' Chair Howard Scultz, Hockey Night in Canada's Ron MacLean and connect@jwt President and CEO Virginia Greene.

The Granola King - (Product Photography)
Challenge: The Granola King specialises in making healthy gourmet granola. They were looking for photographs that would make their granola look as good as it tastes!

Solution: Ballistic Arts was given free reign on what photographs to take. It was a fun project where we could eat product after we shot it!

VIP Travel - (Billboard Design)
Challenge: VIP Travel wanted to create a billboard to display their latest discounts.

Solution: Because we understand that billboards are directed at car drivers on the highway, we needed to be design with simplicity in mind and create a singular message.
